The Gold package is our top standard package and will give you a really comprehensive and specific road map to your renovation! Not only that but follow up support after the consultation and reports, will give you peace of mind you can get answers to any further questions that may come up.  When you book this package you will benefit from a number of key items, which have the ability to transform your approach to your renovation project! For only $495 you will get:

  • Pre-consultation checklist to ensure you have all available project information to hand, in order to allow the meeting to be highly effective and the time used as efficiently as possible.
  • 120 minute on consultation in person and on site. This allows us to meet you and see your project, discuss intelligently your aims, challenges and priorities of your project. This will allow us to advice you what the next steps are and how best to approach them. 
  • You will receive at no extra cost a renovation flowchart to enable you to look strategically and your project and better plan what you need to focus on next and provide more clarity on how to schedule your time for maximum progress.
  • You will receive at no extra cost a detailed renovation checklist, highlighting all the really key areas of your projects. There is space on this form to check off items and enter notes, so can use this as great way to keep focused and on track with all the important aspects that can so easily get overlooked! 
  • You will receive at no extra cost a very detailed 3 page written report specific to your individual renovation project. In this report we not only highlight the areas you need to pay particular attention to on your project, but also give additional details on why and how. This will give you a very clear road map tailored to your individual project, but also the understanding of how to confidently follow through and make this a reality!
  • You may well have further questions once we have completed the on site consultation and sent you all the information included in the gold package. This is why the gold package also include email support, allowing you to ask up to 10 questions (this can be split into 2 emails with if you don't have 10 questions all at once). This really give you the ongoing peace of mind to ensure you have the help you need as things progress.

Please note all renovation consultations include travel to and from site, up to a maximum of 50km from downtown Calgary. Consultations over this distance will be priced according to an extra distance over 50km and will be confirmed before proceeding. If additional time is required over that stipulated in the package details, this will be charged out at $95 per hour.
